You will need to be ambitious and committed to our ideals of client service. For client-facing staff, this means having already attained professional qualifications or a commitment to achieving these. You will have an excellent knowledge of the financial services marketplace and be very well presented. You must inspire confidence in our clients and be a confident communicator with good attention to detail and accuracy in both oral and written communications. Confidence in developing business relationships with professionals in other disciplines would also be an advantage.
